The Sam Houston Equestrian Center complex is situated on a 25 acre site which includes:
- 40,000 sq. ft. covered horse pavillion
- 60 Stalls by J.W. Hall, adjacent to the arena in the pavillion
- Turnouts
- 2,500 sq. ft. Party Room
- (This room is air conditioned with large window views of the horse arena and patrons can host parties or meetings.)
- Plenty of available parking
- 24 hour security/owners live on site
- Gated access
